1. Windows->Preferences->General->Workspace->Text file encoding

2. Auto complete:

Windows->Preferences->Java->Editor->Content Assist

勾选 Enable auto activation, Auto activation trigers for java 输入.abcdefghij...

3. 取消拼写检查

Windows->Preferences->General->Editors->Text Editors->Spelling->Enable spell checking

4. 修改Editor字体

Windows->Preferences->General->Appearence->Colors and Fonts->Basic->Text Font->Edit-> Consolas/11
