1、decodeURIComponent() 函数可对 encodeURIComponent() 函数编码的 URI 进行解码。decodeURIComponent()解码，encodeURIComponent() 编码。

　　如decodeURIComponent('\u901a\u7528\u53c2\u6570\u4e2d\u5c11\u4e86\u5982service\u3001partner\u7b49\u5fc5\u586b\u53c2\u6570')。

2、getTime()，返回1970年1月1日至今的毫秒数。var d = new Date(); d.getTime();
