问题1

解决

先卸载重新指定的1.16.4版本的numpy即可解决此问题,建议把需要执行的这个项目建个虚拟环境测试,以免影响其他代码或者项目

pip uninstall numpy
pip install numpy==1.16.4

问题2

解决

代码仓库 https://github.com/fo40225/tensorflow-windows-wheel 找到支持avx2的 例如

 

 下载并放到User\Administrator中,然后install

(cpu_avx2) PS C:\Users\Administrator> pip install .\tensorflow-1.14.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl
