摘要： 胆固醇概述胆固醇在血液中以脂蛋白的形式存在。胆固醇广泛存在于动物体内，尤以脑及神经组织中最为丰富，在肾、脾、皮肤、肝和胆汁中含量也高。其溶解性与脂肪类似，不溶于水，易溶于乙醚、氯仿等溶剂。胆固醇是动物组织细胞所不可缺少的重要物质，它不仅参与形成细胞膜，而且是合成胆汁酸，维生素D以及甾体激素的原料。胆固醇主要来自人体自身的合成，食物中的胆固醇是次要补充。如一个70kg体重的成年人，体内大约有胆固醇140g，每日大约更新1g，其中4/5在体内代谢产生，只有1/5需从食物补充，每人每日从食物中摄取胆固醇200mg，即可满足身体需要。胆固醇的吸收率只有30%，随着食物胆固醇含量的增加，吸收率还要下降， 阅读全文

摘要： 光圈特性（一）：控制进光量 光圈作为相机镜头内的一个元件，它的作用是控制透过镜头进入机身内感光元件的光量，所以光圈的一大功能就是控制进光量的多少。一般来说完整的光圈值系列如下：f1.0，f1.4，f2.0，f2.8，f4.0，f5.6，f8.0，f11，f16，f22，f32，f44，f64。我们可以通过一张简单的示意图来说明不同数值的光圈和它孔径大小的关系。这里值得一提的是光圈 f 值越小，通光孔径越大（如上图所示），在同一单位时间内的进光量便越多，光圈 f 值越大，通光孔径越小，在同一单位时间内的进光量便越少，而且上一级的进光量刚好是下一级的两倍，例如光圈从F8调整到5.6 ，进光量便多. 阅读全文
