Creating the delegate user for farm account

This is only required if you are using Least Priviledge Security, e.g. a separate Active Directory Domain Account for Farm Administrator. If you are using the Domain Administrator this is not necessary. NOTE: to get user profiles working I have had to use Domain Administrator everywhere.
