AWS re_invent 2019和2020 中的Graviton

Graviton 1

是AWS的第一个ARM的处理器;
工艺是16nm;
有50亿个晶体管;

Graviton 2

整体架构如下
Graviton 2 是7nm的;
有300亿个晶体管;
是基于64位的ARM Core的;准确说就是ARM Neoverse N1 Core;
64个core 是2-D Mesh互联的;
没有超线程;
4-wide的前端,和8-wide的dispatch;
支持int8和fp16指令集;
支持X64 PCIe Gen4;
支持8 CH的DDR4 3200 MHz;但是没有NUMA的概念;那么内存的时延也就是统一的;
单个处理器的最大的内存带宽是:8ch * 3200MHz * 64 bit /8 /1000 = 204.8GB/s;
相对第一代产品单核心的平均性能的提升:SPEC int 2017 Rate 提升40%+,SPEC fp 2017 Rate 提升20%+;

550亿晶体管;
