php 翻译对接api

在跨境工作中我们经常遇到语言之间的转换的问题，现在我推荐两个通过php代码对接接口实现翻译功能：

一.谷歌翻译(推荐)   

因为这个不需要注册什么账号，获取sign等api的信息，这个也比较好用，所以推荐使用。
