NanoVG

NanoVG is small antialiased vector graphics rendering library for OpenGL. It has lean API modeled after HTML5 canvas API. It is aimed to be a practical and fun toolset for building scalable user interfaces and visualizations.

Cairo

Cairo is a 2D graphics library with support for multiple output devices. Currently supported output targets include the X Window System (via both Xlib and XCB), Quartz, Win32, image buffers, PostScript, PDF, and SVG file output. Experimental backends include OpenGL, BeOS, OS/2, and DirectFB.

Cairo is designed to produce consistent output on all output media while taking advantage of display hardware acceleration when available (eg. through the X Render Extension).

Skia

Skia是一个开源的2D图形库,提供各种常用的API,并可在多种软硬件平台上运行。谷歌Chrome浏览器、Chrome OS、Android、火狐浏览器、火狐操作系统以及其它许多产品都使用它作为图形引擎。

Pixman

Pixman is a low-level software library for pixel manipulation, providing features such as image compositing and trapezoid rasterization. Important users of pixman are the cairo graphics library and the X server.

VGC

VGC is an upcoming suite of applications for graphic design and 2D animation, in which the lines and shapes you draw are connected to each others both in space and time, allowing for faster editing and inbetweening.

This project is still in very early development (pre-alpha) and doesn't yet have any of the innovative features which make VGC unique. If you are curious, you can try our earlier research prototype VPaint.

Blend2D

Blend2D is a high performance 2D vector graphics engine written in C++ and released under the Zlib license. The engine utilizes a built-in JIT compiler to generate optimized pipelines at runtime and is capable of using multiple threads to boost the performance beyond the possibilities of single-threaded rendering. Additionally, the engine features a new rasterizer that has been written from scratch. It delivers superior performance while quality is comparable to rasterizers used by AGG and FreeType. The performance has been optimized by using an innovative approach to index data that is built during rasterization and scanned during composition. The rasterizer is robust and excels in rendering complex vector art and text.
