触发 hello-ci

更新 hello 代码, 推送到 阿里云代码仓库，自动调用 WebHooks, 触发 hello-ci, 把最新的代码打包入镜像，上传到 阿里云镜像仓库，再 ssh 远程调用 argocd 命令行工具更新 K8S 镜像。
