客户沟通的一些体会

摘要：1.永远站在客户的角度想问题。这样问题就变得简单多了。当你在抱怨：怎么有这样蛮不讲理的客户？不懂装懂，自以为是？提的都是些什么烂需求？2.不要向客户隐瞒项目实际进展情况，最好及时主动向客户汇报进度和问题。总是向客户报喜不报忧，导致的后果是万一真的延期很严重的时候就没有了挽回的余地？其实一旦签了合同，我们和客户是站在同一条船上的，所以最好是开诚布公地及时、主动向客户汇报当前实际... 阅读全文
