在block和index都没有满的情况下，有如下报错：
tail -f messages
tail:cannot watch 'messages' : No space left on device
解决方案：
# vim /etc/sysctl.conf
添加以下：
fs.inotify.max_user_watches = 32768
生效：
# sysctl -p /etc/sysctl.conf
