Win 将资源管理器固定在任务栏后，右键时卡死

删除注册表项：HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Library Location

去除以下项的钩：
自定义 -> 右键菜单管理 -> 文件夹 -> Include In Library Sub Context Menu (Windows Shell 公用 Dll)
