Ubuntu9.10后对apt的操作方便了很多。以下针对9.10后：
1、加入ppa:mercurial
2、加入ppa:TortoiseHG3、update apt
4、install TortoiseHG
5、重启系统
6、OK了
具体操作如下：
hyh@ubuntu:~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tortoisehg-ppa/releases
