关注的领域涉及程序的各个方面，包括编译器构造，Run-Time技术，Programming Tools，新编程语言。也包括一些特别的领域如Parallel, Distributed, Embedded, Mobile, Low Power Code, Hardware等。是ETAPS的Member Conference。影响因子0.83。

CGO是由IEEE CS和ACM SIGMICRO主办的国际会议，每年一次。主要关注代码生成和优化等方面的研究，在国内外学术界很高的影响。接收率30％左右。

PLDI是由ACM主办的国际会议，每年一次。主要关注编程语言的设计与实现等方面的研究工作，在国内外学术界具有很高的影响。

软件工程方向的权威会议，接收率不到20％。除了大会之外，还包括Tutorials, Workshops, Symposia以及Collocated Conferences。

ISSTA是国际顶级的关于Software Test and Analysis的会议。近年来两年举办一次。和它同时举行的还有Formal Methods in Software Practice Workshop。
16．LCTES: Language, Compiler and Tool Support for Embedded Systems
关注Languages, Compilers 和Tools for Embedded Systems的国际会议。每年一次，接收率在25％左右。
17．MICRO: International Symposium on Micro-architecture
计算机体系结构方向的国际权威会议。关注计算机体系结构领域的重大发展。同时也是指令级并行方向的顶级会议。
18．OOPSLA: Conference on Object Oriented Programming Systems Languages and Applications
Object Technology和面向对象程序设计领域的国际权威会议。涉及的具体方向有Patterns, Refactoring, Aspect-Oriented Programming, Dynamic Compilation and Optimization, Unified Modeling Language, and Agile Methods。接收率20％左右。
19．PODC: Annual ACM Symposium on Principles of Distributed Computing
关注分布式系统的理论，设计，实现，规范等领域的国际会议。近年的接收率在25％左右。
20．PPoPP: Principles and Practice of Parallel Programming
PPoPP 是由ACM 主办的国际会议，两年一次。主要关注并行编程方面的研究，在国内外学术界很高的影响。接收率30％。
21．SIGMETRICS: Joint International Conference on Measurement and Modeling of Computer Systems
关注计算机系统性能方面的Theory, Practice and Case Studies的国际会议。
22．SIGSOFT: Foundations of Software Engineering
Software Engineering 领域的权威会议。2005年以前的接收率一般不足20％。
23．ASE: IEEE International Conference on Automated Software Engineering
关注软件开发自动化的顶级会议。前身为KBSE(Knowledge-Based Software Engineering)，始于1997 年。
24．CLUSTER: IEEE International Conference on Cluster Computing
CLUSTER是由IEEE 主办的国际会议，每年一次。主要关注群集计算方面的研究，在国内外学术界很高的影响、集群计算国际会议，涉及中间件、网格算法及应用、资源管理、集成等。

始于1988年，涉及编程语言的各个方面，包括Compiler Techniques, Run-Time environments, and Compiler-related Performance Evaluation for Parallel and High-Performance Computing。
38．HiPEAC: International Conference on High Performance Embedded Architectures & Compilers
关注嵌入式系统的发展，包括处理器设计，编译优化等。
39．ECOOP: European Conference on Object-Oriented Programming
关注Object Technology的各个领域。其中也包括一些虽然不直接和Object Oriented相关，但同样具有启发性的工作。
