2021 Microsoft MVP Individual Contribution

In my community activities in 2021, I remain committed to actively sharing expertise and solving various technical issues in the Microsoft TechNet community. From January 2021 to December 2021, I have helped the community with 345 technical questions, including 35 helpful answers and 7 helpful articles, with a contribution rate in the top 5% of the Microsoft TechNet community, a cumulative score of 680 points, and an average service time of no less than 50 hours per week, an improvement of about 40% compared to the previous year, with the answers and The expertise he shared covers Windows Server operation and maintenance in enterprise environment, AD domain usage and management, enterprise data center security management, domain construction and disaster management in large data centers, etc. He also shares official technical documents from Microsoft in various ways and provides translations for documents that are not yet localized, and has received one silver rating and nine bronze ratings. And we have actively shared relevant technical courses and materials on Microsoft Learn, earning 149 badges and 26 trophies, making positive contributions to the sustainability of the community and the health of the opinion environment, and will continue to make efforts to build the community in the future. Meanwhile, since late 2020, we have been serializing "Configuring windows server 2019", "Windows Advanced Maintenance Guide", Visual Studio 2019, SQL series articles on cnblog platform. for Mac, and SQL series of articles, which have accumulated more than 12,800 unique visitors.
The main ways of contributing to the technical aspects include
1. presenting some technical details of Microsoft operating systems and operations maintenance
2. Translating official technical documentation from Microsoft to facilitate the answering of questions
3. Submitting corrected code to help the community solve problems
4. Actively help solve problems in AD domains and Azure, too
5. Not only limited to Windows platform and data center management, but also contributed at least 65% of the community's answers in Microsoft & OSX cross-platform services.
6. Submitted 12 accepted valid answers in three months for hardware management and usage for Windows platform.
