Compare, sort, and delete duplicate lines in Notepad ++
Organize Lines:
Since version 6.5.2 the app has a native functionality to draw lines Simply go to Edit> Line Operations> Sort Lines as Integer AscendingThere are also other options to raffle in the same menu.
Remove Duplicates:
To remove duplicate lines just press Ctrl + F, select the “Replace” tab and in the “Find” field, place: ^(.*?)$\s+?^(?=.*^\1$). In search mode check “Regular expression” and click on replace all.
Compare Files:
First drag one of the tabs you want to compare to the drop side and choose to move to another screen.
After that go to the Plugins → Plugin Manager → Browse for Compare and select it to download.In the Plugins tab there will be a new item called Compare, just click Compare or Ctrl+ Alt + C for the plugin to work.
Update:
The plugin manager project isn’t automatically included anymore, because many npp users didn’t like the sponsored commercials in the latest versions of plugins manager.

(uni for 32bit and x64 for x64bit installations)
and copy the extracted files to your notepad++ plugins and updater folder.
