Many thanks for your mail. I've tried your advice in our production renderer and can confirm the workaround does address the issue. This is awesome. I still hope the system is improved at some point in the future so we don't need to maintain two separate queues for things to work reliably but I am very happy we have something that allows me to push past this. Actually, this is accessible from the python API, and I was able to confirm the callback is working in batch mode, great news! You can close that case, thanks a lot!
