424. Longest Repeating Character Replacement

Input:
s = "AABABBA", k = 1
Output:
4
Explanation:
Replace the one 'A' in the middle with 'B' and form "AABBBBA".
The substring "BBBB" has the longest repeating letters, which is 4.
