安装win2003 R2后就不能用了
当Erase, Label, Inventory, backup, etc..时报错：

1.Try installing the latest Veritas drivers and verify:
VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 - Device Driver Installer (20050115) - Includes Tape Driver Release (20041231) and Robotic Library Release (45) (Intel Only)

Also install Service pack 4a:
VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691 - Service Pack 4a - Includes Critical Security Update
also install SP5

When try to do inventory: Final error: 0xa0008101 - Invalid Physical Volume Library Argument
When try to lable: Final error: 0xa000821e - Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library. (I do not have a robotic library)
解决办法：Download and install BackupExecTapeDeviceDriverInstall_273853.exe
Reboot the Win2K3 Server
Disable the tape drive in BKUPEXEC9.1
Delete/remove the Tape drive object in BKUPEXEC9.1
Reboot the WIN2K3 server again
(A new tape drive object will be recreated automatically in BKUPEXEC9.1 )

IF you shut down all BackupExec services, does NTBackup see and access the drive OK?
