pom.xml文件报maven相关内容错误

原因是我本地用的maven插件maven-compiler-plugin支持jdk版本低1.6，而这个pom.xml里配置的插件版本是3.8.0，jdk1.8，不支持造成的。

将pom.xml里的3.8.0修改成3.1后解决
