resin服务器不能强转http 重定向到https 解决

The URL contains escaped bytes unsupported by the UTF-8 encoding.

该原因为配置的端口不是默认端口80。需要将其他端口改为默认的即可。

在web项目的web.xml 中配置如下

    <web-resource-collection>
        <web-resource-name>SSL</web-resource-name>
        <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
    </web-resource-collection>
    <user-data-constraint>
        <transport-guarantee>CONFIDENTIAL</transport-guarantee>
