在网上查看了一下方法
vs中启动调试出现此问题，选中项目点击右键->选中属性
选中"使用visual studio开发服务器"
在web.config配置中设置
<compilation debug="true" targetFramework="4.0">
将debug使劲儿中为true 便ok啦
