手动创建 licenses， 现在ANDROID_HOME文件夹下创建 licenses 文件夹，然后创建名为 android-sdk-licenses.txt 文件，写入 8933bad161af4178b1185d1a37fbf41ea5269c55，再去掉文件扩展名。
