  • Influence - shows the level of 'power' that you have over other people to direct and lead them.
  • Complexity - indicates the level of difficulty and unpredictability that you face in your daily work.
  • Knowledge - indicates the level of generic, domain and specialist knowledge you can apply to your work.
  • Business Skills - indicates how well you work in a professional environment (excluding your technical skills)
