maven配置问题:Could not transfer artifact junit:junit:pom:4.11(系统找不到路径

idea(Mac版本)配置本地maven报pom.part.lock (No such file or directory）
问题原因:
配置本地仓库地址没有创建。
都要配置到本地 Maven home directory: 相关配置
