Production order stauts && settlement and Variance calculation 工单和成本结算

 

1. 凡是work order 里面含有VCAL 状态的(即做完差异计算之后)， 在costing 里面都会看到target cost , 对于标准件  MTS  ;   但是只有RESA OR 没有RESA  并且没有VCAL 的MTS 的 work order ， 里面的target costs 是空的 。

 

  1).有的工单只有RESA 而没有VCAL ;      ( my consumption :    当 work order还处于WIP的时候， yinying RUN Job的时候，此时系统status会变为RESA , 但是如果后续GR结束而且total qty > delivered qty 的时候(status: PDLV)， yingying 再次 RUN background job , 系统状态还是 为RESA )

 

工单未入库(w/o DLV)  -----> WIP order (KKAX:WIP calculation ) -- > order status : RESA

要到DLV或TECO状态才会计算差异。

 

 2). 而有的工单有RESA也有VCAL   ;        ( my consumption :    当月 work order未做GR 入库 w/o  DLV status ,也就是WIP的工单  , RUN job的时候，状态会先变为RESA ,在下月做完GR入库(status:DLV), Yingying 再run job的时候 ， 工单状态会多一个VCAL )

               

 

 3) 另一种的工单是有VCAL 而没有RESA  ;  ( my consumption : 当月 work order做GR 入库 with  DLV status  ，yingying RUN background job , 系统状态直接set to 为 VCAL )

2. KMAT material (SHR , CHR ,etc )  工单的无价值收货   (production order stauts : 工单状态中没有RESA or  VCAL  ), 他们的costing 是直接settle 到对应的sales order 上面的把 。
