How to proceed for rework process in sap PP

Question:

 

I am trying to create a process of rework in sap pp

My objective is to capture the rework cost to the original order number of the material.

I have followed below mentioned steps

1. in OPL8 I have taken Routing type S under Planning tab. (order type dep maram.)

2. ca11 - create ref opn set.

Entered the plant,Description , usage and status for the ref op set Enter lotsize and unit of measure.

Enter the op as 0010 / workcenter/op control key PP01 / Description for the op Enter the standard values and save.

3.CO31 - Created a Standard trigger point .(Ex Prod1)

Entered the Trigger Point usage /Group as FERT

Then ticked the Trigger Point Functions. 

Enabled the indicator create order with Reference.

Entered the system status as PCNF.

Entered change as +.

Enabled the indicator once.

Now placed the cursor on the create order with reference.

Gone to Parameters.

In the Parameter enter in the group the created Reference op set group no.

Order type as PP01 and group counter as 1 and saved the Trigger Point.

4. Now gone to the Routing for Material.

13. Choosen the last op to assign the Trigger point.

14. Selected the OP ----> Goto ---> Trigger Point overview.

15. Enter the Trigger Point usage as FERT

16. Now choosen that line ,select the Details---> Trigger Point F7. system is moving me into change routing : trigger point details screen.

now when I am trying to save, Its showing Task List data contains error.

Please suggest the solution with little detail so that I can complete the process. I have followed these steps with reference to google only.

do I need to create ref opn set at ca11 first?

Now in CO07 I have done following steps

1. plant and order type entered.

2. Mat desc. total qty, unit of measure, current date then pressing enter.

its asking for ref opn set. I am giving which I created in ca11 with task list type S but error is coming:

Ref opn is not valid according to the selection conditions.

I have also mapped rework order scenario using above procedure.During the creation of rework order system create settlement rule against your parent material.In master level you need to do below setting:-Manual rework order creation no need to activate setting at trigger point level it is happen through normal routing. Need to activate Trigger point in normal routing.

Check below procedure :-

1. Create a new order without material using CO07 transaction.

2. Assign the settlement receiver as original production order at settlement rule.

3. In the component overview you can assign the required components for rework and in the operations overview you can input the required operations.

4. Perform confirmation & Goods Issue for the order.

5. When this order is settled its cost would get settled to the original order.

use control key PP07 if possible share your error message number.

Now I am writing the steps through which I want to process rework manually

1. ca11

2. CO01

3. co15 (confirmation with reason for variances.basically the qty is to be given at Rework rather than yield to qty.)

4. CO07 (with plant and rework order type) Entered mat desc, qty, uom, scheduling date,then presing enter and providing ref opn group and task list type.

in maintain settlement rule overview, earlier prdn order number and then component overview and mat overview.

5. now released the order and saved.

6. now in mb1a (GI for order) i am providing rework order number and posting the material against it.

now GI is done successfully but in mmbe I am unable to see the material which has been reworked.
