SDK Platform Tools component is missing! Please use the SDK Manager to install it解决方法

打开 Eclipse.然后如下操作：
Window > Android SDK and AVD Manager
> Available Packages: 
> Android Repository:
+ Android SDK Tools, revision 9
+ Android SDK Platform-tools, revision 2

[Install Selected]

然后重新启动就可以了
