Write code to remove duplicates from an unsorted linked list.

How would you solve this problem if a temporary buffer is not allowed?
思路1:用hashset存储已经出现的节点,如果重复则删除。空间O(N),时间O(N)。
思路2:两个指针,对于每个当前节点,遍历后面的元素删除重复。 空间O(1),时间O(n^2)。
思路3:移动窗口法是否可行?
