JWT的 Regions Add-In for VS.NET 2003 是个非常好的Regions 操作插件。
我已将之升级到VS.NET 2005 和VS.NET2008 ,推荐给使用VS.Net的使用者，可以极大提高Region的使用效率。
基本使用：
（1）新建一个Region
选择要放到区域内容，右键菜单中选择“Add To New Region”，填写Regin name 确认即可。New Region Name对话框中，可以选择
“Add to templates”，这样这个名字会保留在模板文件中，以后可以重用。
(2)把选区内容加到已经存在的Region中
选择要放到区域内容，右键菜单中选择“Add To Existing Region”，在"Existing Regions Dialog"中“Existing Regions”的选择合适的Region名即可。
也可以选中“Add new Region”，这时是在region tree 中选中的region 中创建sub-region。
（3）The Region Explorer
View菜单中第一项选择"Region Explorer",可以打开此窗体.
功能有:
- Shows the position of regions in the opened document.
- Can be used to 'jump' to a region that is not visible in the current document view.
- Can be used to paste text from the clipboard to a region.
- Can be used to add text to a region via drag'n'drop.
etc.
（4）Setup Dialog
Tools菜单中第一项选择"Setup Regions Add-In ...",可以打开此窗体.
功能是设置region前后的空白行行数等.

该插件升级没有经过严格测试，目前使用良好，codeproject上有某些bug反馈，使用者可参考。
