2. Key Structures⭐️

2.1 不定冠词 a / an⭐️

1. 表示“一”这个数量

2. “某一个”（泛指）

3. 代表一类人（搭配名词）

2.2 定冠词 the⭐️

1. 特指的人或物

2. 表示某一个民族，阶级或阶层等（搭配名词）

3. 代表一类人或东西（搭配可数名词单数）

4. 表示世界上独一无二的东西

5. 代表一类人或东西（搭配形容词）

   the rich

   the poor

2.3 不定代词 some⭐️

1. 修饰可数名词单数，表“某一个”

   eg : You'll regret it some day	总有一天你会后悔的

2. 修饰可数名词复数或不可数名词，表“一些”

   eg : I need some reference books. [ C ]	我需要一些参考书
   eg : Give them some fruit [ U ]	给他们一些食物

2.4 注意⭐️

1. 一般说，专有名词不加冠词（人名，地名，街道，城市，国家等）

   John	人名
   China	地名
   January，Saturday，German	其他

2. 表笼统的概念的陈述句也可以省略 a 或 some

   eg : I have just drunk a glass of milk. Milk is very refresh	我刚刚喝了这一杯牛奶，牛奶很提神（泛指牛奶，不是指这一杯牛奶）

I have just moved to a house in Bridge Street.

Yesterday a beggar knocked at my door. He asked me for a meal and a glass of beer.

In return for this, the beggar stood on his head and sang songs. I gave him a meal. He ate the food and drank the beer. Then he put a piece of cheese in his pocket and went away. Later a neighbour told me about him. Everybody knows him. His name is Percy Buttons. He calls at every house in the street once a month and always asks for a meal and a glass of beer.

4. Special Difficulties

4.1 动词后加上介词或副词的组合叫动词短语。

1. look 短语

   look at	看
   eg : Come and look at my photograph album.	过来看看我的相册
   look for	寻找
   eg : I am looking for my pen. I lost it this morning	我正在找我的钢笔，我今早把它弄丢了
   look after	照顾
   eg : Will you look after the children for me please?	请你帮我照看一下孩子们，好吗？

2. knock 短语

   knock at	敲门
   eg : A beggar knocked at my door.	一个流浪汉敲我的门
   knock sth off	把...弄掉
   I knocked the vase off the table and broke it.	我把花瓶从桌子上碰掉了，把它打碎了。
   knock off	下班
   He always knocks off at six o'clock.	他总是六点下班。
