git did not exit cleanly (exit code 128) 解决

使用TortoiseGit 进行pull时，总是提示连接错误

“git did not exit cleanly (exit code 128)”

无论是push还是pull到本地，弹出这个问题。
原因：是Github 禁用了TLS v1.0 and v1.1，必须更新Windows的git凭证管理器，才行
