CREATE ASSEMBLY for assembly 'Assembly Name' failed because the assembly is built for an unsupported version of the Common Language Runtime.

在部置CLR时，出现以上的异常。
Insus.NET想了一想，由于数据库是MS SQL Server 2008 R2版本的。
但是在开发CLR程序时，使用的是.NET Framework 4.6.1

因此，只有去修改CLR的.NET Framework的版本。
