ES新建索引报错application/x-www-form-urlencode不再支持，错误代码406

搭建es与head后创建索引遇到{"error":"Content-Type header [application/x-www-form-urlencoded] is not supported","status":406}

1、进入head容器  dockerexec -it id bash ;

2、vim  /usr/src/app/_site/vendor.js

3、/application 修改application/x-www-form-urlencoded 为application/json;charset=UTF-8;

4、重启容器
