Tips.
1. ArrayList.Sort 用的是QuickSort，不稳定；
2. Folder "aspnet_client" should exist in the root virtual directory, and in pages with user controls then the funtion "ValidatorCommonOnSubmit" should return a true result to avoid blocking response after clicking buttons in pages. Note: compared the source code between with and without user controls.
