timer

Hello,everyone! My name is jennifer.This is my fisrt time to be a timer.Autually I just came from other working  palces to paticipate in TMC specially. Unfortually, I must back to zhangjiang workplace ,because I have another meeting in the afternoon.  So time is important to me Now.I hope every speker can comply with the time for my work hard. OK, Next I introduce time rules information to everyone.  I think a good speaker can control the time very well. Table topics and Evaluations have the same roles . Prepared speeches have a little different . If I raise the blue card ,you have 1 or 2minutes left, if I raise  the yellow card ,you have 30 sec or 1 minute left. If I raise the red card,you have 15 sec left ,you can conclusion or warp up your speech at last. If you hear the ring,you must stop your speech. that is the rules. I am glad to sever for your timer. thank you.

I think everyone have done a perfect job. I will give detailed in different sections.** use 5 minute and 30 sec ,only ** over the time.Maybe ** speak more next time. During the Prepared speeches parition, **use not cluding play the radio. That is all my duty for the timer. Thank you.
