工具模块
我搭建神经网络模型主要用到的是TensorFlow模块,不过在这里值得注意的是,我所采用的方法在TensorFlow 1.0.0及之后的版本已不支持,希望大家注意!以下则是本次我需要用的所有方法或者工具包。

初始化模型参数
这里实际上参数值的确定应该是一项工程量蛮大的任务,但是这里的话我仅仅根据经验确定了,因此我认为参数优化可以是模型改进的其中一个方向。

本模型的隐层包含了一个输入层、一个感知层以及一个输出层,其中感知层的定义方法add_cell是耗费我最多时间的一个地方。这是因为这里引用TensorFlow当中方法 tf.nn.rnn_cell.BasicLSTMCell在我所用的TensorFlow版本已被取消,为此,我先后尝试换电脑(MacBook)、降版本(降到0.12.1,连同Python版本都!得!降!)这些方法,这里真的值得小白们的注意。也希望各位高手给我指点一下如何在TensorFlow1 1.0.0以后的版本当中完成相同功能。

可以看到,我在程序当中让机器对我的数据进行了交叉检验,这样一方面减少了数据量的浪费,另一方面则有效地规避了过拟合的情况。
