关于VS出现 未能正确加载xx包，此问题可能是由配置更改或安装另外一个扩展导致的解决办法

找到C:\Users\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\ComponentModelCache ，删除该路径下的所有文件

另该问题解决后，如果显示

visual studio cannot debug because the target 'F:\console1\debug\console1.exe' is missing 或者  have not been specified , 可能是因为 可视化工作室无法调试，因为目标文件'F:\console1\debug\console1.exe'已丢失或者其他.exe已经丢失。

这是，做好换一个副本。
