git clone 报fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/vueComponent/ant-design-vue-pro.git/': OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection was reset in connection to github.com:443

git config --global https.sslVerify "false"

也就是在c盘用户下找到  .gitconfig  添加

 或者运行git init
