Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.ManagedDataAccessDTC.DLL' or one of its dependencies.  不是有效的 Win32 应用程序。 (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1)

 

 

 

解决办法 ： 安装oracle 12c  客户端
