LECTURE ONE
International crime court(ICC) came into being after the Second World War. The Nuremberg tribunal. No excuse as simply obedience for orders. Being chief leaders is no excuse for impunity. Not all countries are parties to the ICC statute.
China is not a member. America has signed it but not ratified it.
If a country is not a party to the ICC statute, it will not be regulated
by the ICC directly, but the board can vote for a sanction.

Genocide
Against humanity
Torture (just apply to the countries ratified Torture )
War
through the virtue of pretty easy travel, and the internet, and the amazing digital archive that is put at almost everybody's fingertips through the internet, you can feel as if all of art history is available to you at once, and you can do whatever you will with it.
