protobuf报错

试了很多方法 差点卸载tensorflow重装了

最后卸载protobuf

pip uninstall protobuf

可以执行多次 直到把所有版本protobuf全部卸载

然后再次安装protobuf 

pip install protobuf

然后遇到了新问题：

Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/local/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/protobuf-3.6.0-py3.5-nspkg.pth'
Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions.

执行：

pip install  -- user protobuf
