19. Remove Nth Node From End of List 删除倒数第n各节点
Given a linked list, remove the nth node from the end of list and return its head.
For example,
Given linked list: 1->2->3->4->5, and n = 2. After removing the second node from the end, the linked list becomes 1->2->3->5.
Note:
Given n will always be valid.
Try to do this in one pass.
删除倒数第n个节点,主要有两种做法
法一:先遍历得到链表的长度length,倒数第n个就是正数第length-n+1个(如1 2 3,倒数第三个节点就是3-3+1=1,即第一个节点)

法二:利用两个指针,快指针先走,找到第n个节点,再启动慢指针。
此时快慢指针相距n,让两个指针一起走,快指针走到尾节点时,慢指针刚好到倒数第n个节点。
