第一次安装Microsoft SharePoint Protal Server 2003遇到的问题

一、问题
安装好，点击完成后．
出现配置ＳＱＬ服务器的窗口．
连接为：http://localhost:15228/sps/FarmDatabase.aspx
（15228是随机生机的端口号）
提示，无法显示网页．
打开ＩＩＳ，发现ＳＰＳ站点没有启动，选择启动提示缺少参数．
查看属性发现没有应用程序池．选择defaultapp.启动成功．

再次访问刚才的网页．要求输入用户名和密码．
输入完成前一步输入的用户名和密码．提示：您没有权限查看此网页。
该用户在安装前已经根据需要设置为ＰＯＷＥＲ　ＵＳＥＲ．

二、原因
这是微软的解释，我也是看了这个才明白的，虽然网上很多人问，但没有哪个回复的比较准确直接。晕！

CAUSE
This issue occurs if the user account that you configured as the configuration database administration account in the Account name box of the Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 page is specified incorrectly. This issue may occur if either one of the following conditions is true:
• You configure a local user account as the configuration database administration account, but you do not specify the user account by using the ServerName\UserAccount format. 
• You configure a domain user account as the configuration database administration account, but you do not specify the user account by using the Domain\UserAccount format. 

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove and then reinstall SharePoint Portal Server 2003 on the server. Make sure that you specify the user account that you want to use as the configuration database administration account by using either the ServerName\UserAccount format or the Domain\UserAccount format (as appropriate to your situation). The user account must also be a member of the Power Users group on the server.

三、解释
是由于在安装Microsoft SharePoint Protal Server 2003时有一步需要输入一个
Windows账号，并且是Power Users的成员，这里输入的格式不对。
一定要是ServerName\UserAccount或Domain\UserAccount，对于没有Domain的环境，
可能大部分人像我一样只输入UserAccount，虽然Microsoft提示了输入的格式。
解决法就是卸载刚才安装的Microsoft SharePoint Protal Server 2003（不需要把windows sharepoint service卸载），
然后把SharePoint Protal Server重新装一次就可以了。千万要记得上面说的输入的格式哟。
