iOS 设置tableView右侧索引

1.设置右侧索引字体颜色

 self.tabView.sectionIndexColor = [UIColor blackColor];

2.设置右侧索引背景色

self.cityTabView.sectionIndexBackgroundColor =[UIColor blackColor];
