Cygwin 安装最新的 man pages

cygwin默认安装的manual太少了，一些manual sections压根没有。

但是直接从cygwin的安装程序中安装最新的man-pages似乎不起作用？于是我决定从网上下载。

下载地址：https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/docs/man-pages/

解压到/usr/share/man即可

不需要更新/etc/man_db.conf，但可能需要在解压后使用mandb命令更新man数据库。大功告成！

另外，你也可以用man -k xxx 来查找xxx相关的所有manual
