java + geotools 读写shp时，中文属性乱码问题

创建时要注意  ：  newDataStore.setCharset(Charset.forName("GBK"));

代码如下：

File newFile = new File(filepath);
Map<String, Serializable> params = new HashMap<>();
params.put("url", newFile.toURI().toURL());
params.put("create spatial index", Boolean.TRUE);
params.put("ENABLE_SPATIAL_INDEX", true);// 确保不包含 Z 和 M 值
params.put("charset", "GBK"); // 设置编码为UTF-8
//params.put(ShapefileDataStoreFactory.DBFCHARSET.key, "GBK");
ShapefileDataStoreFactory dataStoreFactory = new ShapefileDataStoreFactory();
ShapefileDataStore newDataStore = (ShapefileDataStore) dataStoreFactory.createNewDataStore(params);
newDataStore.setCharset(Charset.forName("GBK"));

读取shp时

代码如下：

String shpPath = "D:\\gis数据\\24.3.21\\"+shpname+".shp";
File shpFile = new File(shpPath);
