[ Configure auto-start ]

1. Windows > Advanced options

Turn on for "Notify me when a restart is required to finish updating"

2. Group policy

Search "Edit Group Policy" > Computer Configuration > Adminstrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage end user experience > Configure Automatic Updates > Enabled > Options: Configure automatic updating: 7-Auto download, Notify to install, Notify to restart
