在需要ico路径的地方，变成函数调用，例如：

rootmain.iconbitmap(get_resource_path("feather.ico"))

最后是pyinstaller打包注意一定是--add--binary

pyinstaller --onefile --windowed --add-binary "feather.ico;." yourscript.py
