IfcRoot

IfcRoot是所有根在IFC规范的内核或后续层中的实体定义的最抽象和根类。因此，除了在IFC资源模式中定义的实体外，它是所有IFC实体的公共父类型。作为IfcRoot子类型的所有实体都可以独立使用，而不是IfcRoot子类型的资源模式实体不应该是独立的实体

IfcRoot是IFC1.0时期的。

在IFC4.0时期， OwnerHistory 属性变成了 OPTIONAL (可选择)。
